SPM, LLC, a full service national property management firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant. As an Administrative Assistant, you work closely with the Vice President, other corporate personnel and regional managers, and welcome visitors to the building. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Monitor building and who is in building at all times by using surveillance equipment and by checking the visitor register. Report any unusual occurrences to the proper authorities and/or Management.
Follow emergency and safety procedures as related to the building. Be able to handle emergencies and non-emergencies in a calm manner.
Observe relevant safety rules as required.
Must be a strong and effective communicator with high level written and verbal communication skills.
Must be friendly, energetic, punctual, self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
Must be able to work independently and as a team member with a helpful attitude.
Must be able to always maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude.
Excellent ability to multi-task.
Must have advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of HUD, LIHTC, financial systems, YARDI a plus
