Duties and Responsibilities
Technical
Conduct safe, fun, dynamic and effective group fitness classes for clients of all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels
Must be able to articulate a strong grasp of anatomy and the mechanics of movement
Modify classes and routines according to fitness levels/medical concerns of individual clients
Perform effective hands-on corrections
Continuous studying and learning of new choreography
Required ongoing training and regular teaching reviews and evaluations
Fun & Tactical
Be on time for all scheduled classes (arrive at least 10-minutes prior to the start of class)
Create an environment that draws people in
Utilize our extensive sub list to find a replacement if you are unable to make your class
Ensure the studio is clean and tidy for the next class and that all equipment is functioning properly. Report any problems or needs to the Group Fitness Coordinator
Provide a high degree of service through professional, sincere, and trusting relationships with member in regards to their needs, concerns and questions
Demonstrate an ability to relate to and work with a variety of people and personalities
Exemplify the qualities of a healthy and fit lifestyle
Help people in the greater Spokane area achieve their health and fitness goals
Benefits
Full-time employees and, optionally for additional cost, their families are able to enroll for coverage by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan after one year.
Full-time employees will also accrue vacation based on hours work to a maximum of ten days per year and six paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

Qualifications
Certified 200 RYT
Strong communication skills
Outgoing, engaging and positive personality
Certified in first aid and/or CPR is a plus, if you don't have this we can get you certified
