Position Overview: The Commercial Account Manager role is an important position within the Commercial Roofing department here. The role is responsible for providing accurate and timely estimates for commercial roofing projects and building relationships with potential customers. This position is commission based after the 60 day training period. Commission and training wage are negotiable based on experience. This position has the opportunity to make well over $100k a year!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities through customer outreach and relationship building.
• Provide accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects.
• Develop customer proposals and participate in contract negotiations.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the sales process. * Collaborate and work well with our commercial team of office staff and field staff.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records.
• Monitor and report on project and sales progress.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in construction sales and/or business development. * Team player
• Strong customer service skills Strong negotiation and selling skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
• Must have sales knowledge of Commercial Roofing.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
