About the role:

We are currently seeking a talented Office and Marketing Assistant to join our small administrative team in our Liberty Lake office.

Schedule: 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday

What you’ll be doing:

• Talking to customers over the phone and redirecting calls as needed
• Use multiple computer software's to edit documents, track customers, and communicate
• Assisting with scheduling and confirming appointments
• Managing social media accounts and digital marketing partners
• Conducting and consolidating research including surveys and interviews
• Creating and finalizing new marketing avenues

Required Skills:

• Degree in marketing, business, etc. or equivalent work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creativity
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with MS Office and email
• Attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
