Your responsibilities include serving beverages to guests and ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of our guest areas. Job Responsibilities
Position Summary: As an Overnight Casino Floor Beverage Server, you will be the face of Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino during the late hours, welcoming and connecting with every guest. Your responsibilities include serving beverages to guests and ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of our guest areas. This position offers a unique opportunity to create a positive and memorable experience for our guests during the overnight hours.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve beverages to Casino customers as established by the department.
- Uphold the highest standard of customer service and provide the best possible experience for our guests.
- Responsible for the security and accuracy of assigned checks and is accountable for any and all overages and shortages.
- Keep cocktail server station clean and orderly.
- Act as a guest service representative by providing information about the facility.
- Act in a manner that is professional in body language and attitude.
- Alert management to guests who are intoxicated or under 21.
- Enhance the company's objective to provide an entertaining environment through maintenance of visual appearance, according to department standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must meet established department appearance standards.
- The skills and abilities necessary to perform within this position are typically acquired through two months of on-the-job training or through related experience. Customer service skills required.
