Job Description: We are currently in search of a responsible Administrative Assistant to undertake various administrative and clerical tasks. As an Administrative Assistant at SBF, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our managers and employees, managing daily office needs, and overseeing general administrative activities.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for management and staff.
- Coordinate and schedule staff meetings, ensuring effective communication and organization.
- Perform general office tasks to contribute to the smooth operation of daily activities.
- Provide support in managing company administrative activities.
- Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills, interacting effectively with professionals within and outside the organization.
- Utilize previous experience as a Secretary or Executive Administrative Assistant to enhance efficiency.
- Demonstrate familiarity with our industry for optimal understanding and collaboration.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, or Executive Administrative Assistant.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in office software and equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with the public accounting industry is a plus.
