Department: Heat Press
Shift: Day (7:00a - 7:00p)
Reports to: Heat Press Supervisor
Location: On-site in Mebane, NC
We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a strong focus on customer service and a desire to work for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization. In addition to exceptional leadership and analytical skills, you must have a “roll-up your sleeves” attitude. ResponsibilitiesMajor Accountabilities / Essential Duties
Sports Endeavors shares our success, giving back at both the local and global levels. Sports Endeavors and its team members support Relay for Life, Race for the Cure, United Way and other non-profit organizations and events. Our Passback Program collects used but still usable gear from customers and then distributes it to teams who are not able to afford even the most basic sports equipment. To date, we have collected and redistributed over 1,000,000 pieces of equipment to organizations around the world.

- Performing good operation of Bagger machine in a safe manner.
- Must load roll of laminate and thread into the Bagger machine.
- Troubleshoot any problems that may occur when operating the Bagger.
- Checking the performance of the Bagger regularly.
- Make sure all product exiting the Bagger is bagged and labeled properly.
- Monitoring the maintenance of the Bagger machine.
- Replace Teflon Tape when needed.
- Ability to train others to operate Bagger Machine.
- Experience with operating machinery a plus.
- Must be able to assess operation of machinery in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be fluent in English.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
