Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Full-Time or Part-Time Front Office Receptionist to lead our front desk operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to delegate tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for physical fitness and be well-versed in chiropractic medicine and sports recovery practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
  • Ensure completion of tasks within designated timelines
  • Manage appointment scheduling, client inquiries, and administrative duties
  • Maintain accurate records, including financial transactions and client information
  • Handle client issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Coordinate with other departments to optimize client experience and service delivery
  • Follow clinic policies and procedures to uphold standards of excellence
  • Balance financial records at the end of each day

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a healthcare or customer service setting
  • Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Thorough understanding of chiropractic medicine and sports recovery practices
  • Experience with appointment scheduling software and basic accounting principles
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends
  • Passion for physical fitness and wellness, with a desire to promote a healthy lifestyle
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and willingness to contribute to business page management
