Front Desk receptionist/clerk at Sports West Athletic Club needed for weekend shifts Friday, Saturday, Sunday 10am 6pm, and to cover shifts if an employee calls out.

Work in a positive healthy atmosphere checking in members, taking phone calls, making shakes and offering great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Manage phone reservations
• Check in members and collect necessary information needed to keep membership current
• Welcome guests upon their arrival.
• Provide protection for the equipment, facility and members
• Respond to clients’ complaints in a professional manner
• Protect the Privacy and security of our members, guests, and fellow employees.
• Protect the company's confidential information and assets
• Cover shifts on weekends if employees call out.
• Walk the fitness floor and ensure all equipment is properly stored and floor is safe.
• Sell memberships if needed.

Skills

• Work experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
• Experience with computers and pos systems
• Positive Customer service attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to make Protein Shakes and sell workout drink and food.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
