Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (M-Th in office, F remote)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee comprehensive company-wide operations to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency through strategic resource allocation and process optimization.
• Manage corporate affairs, legal, finance, and international logistics, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering streamlined operational processes.
• Utilize advanced data analysis to identify risks, anticipate operational needs, and implement proactive solutions.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments to improve workflow and ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to provide strategic insights and recommendations based on thorough research and analysis.
• Oversee HR functions, domestic and international logistics, inventory management, marketing initiatives, and accounting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging technology and implementing best practices in operations management.
• Serve as a key liaison with external stakeholders and vendors, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in a startup environment is required.
• Proven experience in operations management with a track record of optimizing processes and achieving cost efficiencies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
• Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and P&L analysis.
• Proficiency in project management and customer relationship management tools and software; HubSpot preferred.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with accounting software; QuickBooks Online preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive strategic initiatives forward.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in lighting, control systems, or construction.
• Certification in operations management, project management, or related disciplines.
• Previous experience in a leadership role within a high-growth startup or similar environment.
