We are currently seeking a full-time Receptionist for our Corporate office located in East Hanover, NJ. The ideal candidate will combine an engaging personality with an ability to maintain organization in a busy environment. This customer-oriented individual will also be able to meet the following job description and possess the following skills requirements. An extensive training program will ensure proficiency prior to independent work.

Job Purpose:

Serves callers, visitors, and employees by greeting and directing callers and visitors; maintaining security and telecommunications system.

Duties:

* Greets and directs corporate office callers by answering telephone calls from customers; determining nature of business and directing callers to appropriate destination.

* Welcomes visitors and employees to the corporate office by greeting them; answering and referring questions.

* Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with established policies and procedures.

* Completes special assignments by stuffing and labeling envelopes; sorting, collating, and stapling material for internal and external distribution.

* Accomplishes corporate office and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
