Sportsheets is looking for a Product Development and Purchasing Assistant to join our team! This job’s purpose is to act as direct support to our Product Development Manager and Product Operations Manager. The primary duties and responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to the following:

Product development Duties

• Assists in gathering, updating, and maintaining high volume of data in Project Management (Wrike) and Inventory Management platforms (Odoo)

• Maintaining physical sample library, in Cerritos office product room

• Categorizing and displaying samples received from overseas vendors

• Assist with product development and purchasing timelines

• Manage sample shipments to and from vendors & private label customers including tagging, categorizing, & internal documentation

• Organize products for meetings and photoshoots

Purchasing assistant duties: 

• Weekly stock check for office and breakroom supplies.

• Ordering supplies for office, warehouse and shipping departments

• Receive supplies orders in the system Stocking office supplies upon receipt

• Creating POs and art tickets

• Following up on POs and updating ETAs in the system

• Logistics tracking and informing warehouse of incoming shipments

• Communicate with departments on sourcing status

• Assist with product sourcing Assist with month-end procedures

Compensation: DOE $22 - $26 per hour
Location: Candidate must be able to work On-Site Monday-Froday 7:30am-4pm at our Cerritos office.
