Sportsman Boats Mfg. is Hiring a Marine technician Near Summerville, SC

Sportsman Boats is looking for a Warranty Technician who will be responsible for evaluating, troubleshooting and repairing customer boats.

What you will do : Troubleshoot and repair all areas of our boats involving fiberglass repair, assembly, and rigging in timely manner meeting high quality standards of Sportsman Boats Perform warranty and preventative maintenance on all areas of boat Communicate with production evaluating and making recommendations for improvements As Sportsman grows may have the opportunity to grow and lead a team of technicians Perform other related duties as assigned To be considered you must have : Experience in fiberglass, assembly, and rigging Knowledge of the structure and engineering of the boat Experience with hand tools Attention to safety, quality, and details Critical problem solving skills involving multifaceted scenarios with interrelated considerations Strong time and project management skills;

highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple duties Ability to work extended hours as needed Demonstrate ability to work independently without close supervision Why should you join us?
