Are you an expert Industrial Engineer looking for a role where you can grow and advance with a dynamic company? We're seeking a highly motivated and energetic engineer to join a highly innovative company in Round Rock that is leading integration in data center lifecycles.

As an Industrial Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to analyze and enhance the manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure high-quality production. You'll be the driving force behind continuous improvement initiatives and play a key role in deploying new technologies and standard methodologies across the operations.

What You'll Do:

Conduct Time and Motion Studies: Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.

Develop & Implement Efficiency Methods: Increase efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.

Design Production Layouts: Create workflows and workstations that improve productivity and safety.

Collaborate with multi-functional Teams: Work closely with production, engineering, and management to drive process improvements and cost reductions.

Apply Data Analysis Tools: Analyze production data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Provide Training & Support: Help production staff successfully implement process improvements.

Conduct Risk Assessments: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Participate in Lean Manufacturing Projects: Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement.

Recommend New Technologies: Implement new technologies, equipment, and automation to enhance productivity.

Quality Control Coordination: Resolve production issues, maximize product reliability, and minimize costs.

Estimate Production Costs: Suggest cost-saving methods and analyze the financial impact of design changes.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. A Master’s degree is a plus!

Experience: At least 8 years in industrial engineering or within a manufacturing/factory environment.

Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in process optimization, workflow analysis, Lean Manufacturing, time and motion studies, value stream mapping, and statistical analysis.

Preferred Certifications: Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certifications are preferred.

Additional Skills: Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools is a plus.
