However, the contracting process at most companies is slow, opaque, and riddled with inefficiencies. Legal Teams at most of these companies are often buried with mountains of mundane work and their business counterparts are often frustrated with slow turnaround times and lack of visibility. SpotDraft aims to solve this massive globally applicable problem. 

We’re currently actively expanding our footprint globally. SpotDraft is used by big brands such as AirBnb and Panasonic as well as fast-growing global startups such as Notion, Apollo, Chargebee, and many more. On average, SpotDraft saves in-house legal counsels 10 hours per week and helps close deals 2x faster.

About the role:

This is an individual contributor role in Marketing Operations, working closely with the Marketing team. As a Marketing Operations Lead, you will oversee the operational aspects of marketing efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and IT to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, accurate tracking of metrics, and continuous improvement of marketing processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of marketing technologies and analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end marketing processes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. 

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to define marketing campaign objectives, strategies, and KPIs. 

  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and utilization of any new marketing technology tools such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms. 

  • Lead the analysis and interpretation of marketing data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing campaigns and improving ROI. 

  • Monitor and maintain data hygiene and integrity within marketing systems to ensure accurate reporting and segmentation. 

  • Manage the marketing budget along with the head of marketing, tracking expenses, and providing regular updates to the Finance team. 

  • Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize various elements of campaigns, landing pages, and calls to action.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to drive efficiency and scalability. 

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing operations and technology. 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or related roles. 

  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce,Hubspot). 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. 

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. 

  • Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar. 

  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and the customer journey. 

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality. 

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
