About the role:

We're looking for a Product Designer Level 1 to join the growing SpotDraft design team. This designer will be responsible for designing and building world-class enterprise tools for lawyers, sales, and business teams all over the world.

Responsibilities:

• Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences that optimize user needs, business goals, and technological realities across a variety of platforms and integrations.

• Work closely with designers on your team to develop and expand product design systems.

• Tackle both broadly defined, loose concepts and narrowly defined, tactical deliverables.

• Articulate your design work and rationale to peers and cross-functional teams effectively.

• Address sophisticated design problems for global markets.

• Collect and translate quantitative data and qualitative insights into hypotheses and informed design decisions.

• Lead and define user research methodologies.

• Connect the dots across multiple strategies and initiatives to make the largest impact.

• Maintain a high bar for creativity, craft, and quality, even at a high velocity.

Requirements:

• An updated and polished portfolio demonstrating strong user experience and interaction design informed by empathy for the user.

• 2 years of professional UX design experience, ideally in a B2B setting.

• Strong facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams, solicit and synthesize feedback, and facilitate design discussions.

• Experience working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth environment.

• Ability to work with the brand team to maintain a cohesive product and brand identity.
