## Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a positive dining experience.

## Duties
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly
- Assist in managing reservations and waitlists
- Provide guests with menus and ensure they are attended to promptly
- Communicate effectively with the serving staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Operate Aloha POS system for seating assignments and tracking reservations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area

## Experience
- Prior experience in hospitality, guest services, or food service is preferred
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar Point of Sale systems is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling guest relations in a professional manner

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
