Spotsylvania County is seeking an HR Analyst / Trainer to be part of an awesome HR team (We know your current team is great too.... but you haven't met ours yet!!). We are seeking someone with a background in developing employee and supervisor training programs, as well as facilitating classroom-style training. What will you be doing?? You will be reporting to the HR Generalist who oversees the management of the training programs. You will be working with the HR team to develop County-wide training programs including New Hire Orientation, leadership and supervisor training, web-based training, and classroom-style training that will extend to all levels of the organization. Our team works collaboratively on a variety of projects for continuous process improvement. These projects range from HRIS management to benefits administration, and employee recognition. Work also includes the creation and modification of standard operating procedures (SOP), participation in cross-functional teams, and other projects as assigned by the Chief Human Resources Officer. We are seeking an individual with three (3) to five (5) years of proven HR training experience who will bring fresh, unique, and creative ideas to further develop our training program. HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP) are beneficial but not required. Experience with Canva, CapCut, and / or other LMS platforms is preferred.
