Your Role:

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Generate leads and exceed sales goals.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
  • Quoting & Pricing: Prepare quotes and pricing schedules.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build relationships through networking events.
  • Sales & Marketing Coordination: Coordinate sales efforts with our marketing programs.
  • Operations Strategy: Develop and execute an operations strategy aligned with our company's goals.
  • Program Promotion: Understand and promote our company programs.
  • Contract Management: Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
  • Client Visits: Visit clients and potential clients to assess needs and promote products and services.
  • Performance Management: Implement a performance management system to track progress and motivate staff.
  • Policy Enforcement: Enforce company policies, including safety and customer service.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee various aspects of our operations, including finances, scheduling, quality assurance, and more.
  • Client Records Management: Maintain client records and provide information about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
  • Event Participation: Participate in a minimum of 7 home shows or expo events per year.

Requirements:

  • Sales Expertise: Sales experience with a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Customer Service Commitment: Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Superb ability to quickly build rapport with customers and suppliers.
  • Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
  • Physical Requirements: Willingness and ability to pass a pulmonary fit test and work in tight spaces, including attics.

Compensation Details (varies based on market):
