Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President National Sales at Sprecher Brewery located in Milwaukee, WI. The Vice President National Sales will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, driving new business development, managing key accounts, and optimizing profit and loss performance on a national level. Bring with large national retailer deep relationships to grow Sprecher craft soda sales nationally.

Qualifications

• Sales and Account Management skills
• Sales team management nationally for massive growth in craft soda and beverages
• Direct national retailer sales experience
• Distribution sales DSD managment. VIP, IRI
• P&L Management and Finance expertise
• Experience in New Business Development
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
