Job Description
The Business Operations Manager for Sprecher Beverage Packaging, LLC is a self-starter with experience in warehouse management, finance, and customer service. This person will have proven skills in the areas of customer relations, general accounting, and supply chain logistics. They will have a high degree of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently multitask daily. This position is located at our warehouse in Richfield, WI and reports to the Plant Manager or VP of Operations.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for all day-to-day customer communication.
• Accurately track and manage all the revenue items including Inbound, Outbound, Rework/holds/damaged items, Inventory, and others.
• Provide daily reports to customers on inventory and
• Ensure Great Plains is updated accurately with the right pricing information.
• Provide customer statements based on agreed-upon schedules or as ad-hoc based-on customer requests.
• Generate weekly invoices in collaboration with the finance team.
• Manage all the expenses for the business - including ordering supplies, verifying all invoices, approving payments, and others as assigned.
• Update and manage production schedules accurately in the planning tool based on customer purchase orders.
• Manage and track any incentive programs - update HR on metrics to reward employees as per incentive program guidelines.
• Communicate internally with all Sprecher stakeholders as required.
• Generate pro-forma P&L - work with the finance team to generate final P&L every month.
• All administrative duties related to maintaining a functional business including all procurement.

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Business or related field required.
• Prior experience in Supply Chain Management or Logistics in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Experience in IT preferred.
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.
• Sound knowledge of shipping processes and metrics.
• Self-directed, personally motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Incredibly organized and able to design systematic approaches for quality improvement.
• Team player, able to work well with others and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Comply with all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), and any/all established processes, whether established by a manager, by the company or by law.
• Must work in a safe manner and comply with all health, safety, security, and emergency requirements. Assess workplace safety and coordinate with the management team to recognize and remedy potentially unsafe conditions.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform all essential functions and physical demands of the job.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs.
• Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for long periods of time.
• Ability to stand for short periods of time on concrete floors and ability to continuously be active including but not limited to: walking, stooping, bending, reaching and crouching.
