This position is 100% remote.

  • In order to qualify for remote work, candidates need to reside in NE, TX, NV, IN, GA, MN, FL, UT, WA, or PA
How you will achieve success:
  • Be the liaison between research and implementation, share knowledge, and promote practices that reduce friction in all areas of the company.
  • Design low- to high-fidelity mockups and build prototypes to assist in product development and user research.
  • Iterate quickly over product designs.
  • Work closely with your peers to define and maintain a consistent, commercial-grade experience and contribute to the style and aesthetic of reusable components and tools to be shared with your team.
  • Lead and conduct comprehensive reviews of interfaces throughout the platform, finding opportunities for design and ensuring consistency.
What experiences will help you in this role:
  • Prototyping (low- to high-fidelity) and design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.).
  • Web analytics (Google Analytics, etc.) and UX Testing methodologies.
  • A bachelor's degree in Design, Art, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
  • A strong ability to create mockups and prototypes (low- to high-fidelity) and a body of design work demonstrating a strong design process in tandem with impeccable visual design skills.
  • Experience with UI design software, such as Adobe Create Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
