We are hiring for a Full time, permanent Receiving and Billing Clerk/Outbound Truck Verifiication!

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receiving and Billing Clerk/Outbound Truck Verification.

As a Receiving and Billing Clerk/Outbound Truck Verification, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, checking all outbound truckloads which contain customer product as well as invoicing customers accurately and efficiently. In addition, you will be receiving all incoming product as well as creating product labels for incoming shipments. You will be assisting with answering phones, and will help Will Call drivers with their paperwork to pick up orders. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive inventory into the DMSI system, and make product labels for incoming lumber products
• Check outbound trucks loaded with customer orders - this is done outdoors in all seasons
• Verify and maintain records of outgoing shipments
• Generate invoices and process billing information daily
• Greet and help will call drivers/customers with their orders
• Assist with Answering phones
• Manage day end process, distribute reports daily, run daily trucking reports
• Manage month end procedures
• Process credit memos
• Other duties as assigned
