Overview
We are currently seeking a Financial Business Analyst to provide support for a client in the federal government in Washington, DC. The work is on-site in Washington, DC up to 3 days per week.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform financial/budget analysis of projects within a program to include queries and manipulation of financial spreadsheets
• Facilitate requirements interviews and workshops with key business and technical stakeholders to identify a roadmap of product features and generate a prioritized product backlog of epics and user stories
• Interact with and support our engineering team, responding to requests and qualifying features or development questions related to financial reporting needs
• Support organizational change management efforts aimed towards developing, measuring, and communicating key performance indicators
• Engage clients, evolving their agile delivery approach, taking part in continuous improvement processes and product testing

• Three years of experience working with stakeholders is required.
• Certifications are appreciated; real-life practice is required.
• You must have strong verbal and written communications skills, interpersonal intelligence, and have fostered an environment where teams succeed and organizations evolve.

• A focus on quality is imperative.

• Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Finance, or Economics is required
