Spring Harbor is a Continuing Care Retirement Community that offers residents specialized services, support, and security. We currently have an opening for a concierge position.

Brief Description:

• Greet and direct all visitors and residents in accordance with the community’s customer service standards.
• Answers all incoming phone calls, directing calls to proper parties, taking and distributing messages.
• Logs and maintains all guest room reservations and records and is responsible for submitting guest room charges to Accounting office for billing.
• Enters work requests for any maintenance and housekeeping services using AOD software. Processes work orders per operating procedures.
• Accepts packages and follows operational procedures for logging, distribution, and notification of resident or appropriate department manager.
• Sorts all mail and distributes accordingly. Assists residents/family members with change of address forms and hold mail forms for USPS as required.
• Maintains various records on resident information such as the resident address and telephone number list.
• Operates and responds to emergency call light system and obtains assistance for resident as needed.
• Maintains Resident Absence Log and completes required absence forms.
• Monitors daily resident check-in system and enables/disables system as needed.
• Assists with typing and special projects as assigned.
• Maintains lost and found items.
• Monitors the weather radio and informs management of any weather information that would affect the community.
• Makes copies for residents and sends faxes as requested.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Customer Service: 3 years (Required)
