Spring Health is Hiring a Remote Senior Operations Associate, New Ventures

The Senior Operations Associate, New Ventures role will be the Subject Matter Expert for our New Ventures programs and is responsible for identifying and executing operational improvements. You’ll report into the Senior Program Operations Manager, New Ventures. 

What you’ll be doing: 

Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement operational process and workflow improvements across programs, utilizing tools such as ZenDesk, Looker, Google Suite, and other systems
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Clinical teams to build and scale processes and tools to drive rapid growth while continuously improving efficiency
  • Act as the primary Operations point of contact for the program’s Care Navigators, collecting input and executing on improvements
  • Utilize program data to drive decision making and to identify areas of improvement

Program Subject Matter Expert

  • Become an expert on our New Ventures programs, capabilities, and processes
  • Assist with enablement materials and communication for cross-functional stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain program capabilities source of truth and standard operating procedure documents for internal and external questions

Operations Execution

  • Own end-to-end billing process, ensuring accurate revenue and cost tracking
  • Develop and execute a quality assurance program to ensure accurate and comprehensive data collection
  • Partner with Compliance and Legal to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with Implementation teams to ensure successful customer launches
  • Partner with the Senior Program Manager to ensure the success of the New Ventures programs


What success looks like in this role:

  • Driving operational efficiency
  • Improving key operational performance metrics
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure New Ventures initiatives are completed
  • Develop processes, quality assurance reviews, and more to ensure scalability of programs.


What we expect from you:

  • 2 years of experience in consulting, program management, and/or operational execution
  • 1 year of experience working in healthcare
  • Comfortable with navigating complex problems and ambiguous tasks
  • Highly organized and have strong project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in spreadsheets and comfortable with data. (Experience with Looker or similar tools preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication, able to simplify and distill complex topics for a variety of audiences
  • Experience working in ZenDesk or other similar systems.


The target base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
