This role will be required to work out of an office location 3 days per week in either New York City or San Francisco.
Initially reporting to the General Manager, Stealth Venture, you will be in a high-visibility, high-impact role as a Senior Software Engineer over a new initiative. You’ll be a technical leader involved in driving the delivery as a part of a 0-1 team. You will be a champion of technical initiatives and work closely with our product leadership to prioritize and execute on deliverables. This is an opportunity to be the foundational member of an agile team for an innovative early stage product. You will be a part of a collaborative team identifying the opportunities and helping create the products that transform mental healthcare for the better.

What We Expect From You:
The target salary range for this position is $159,100 - $194,150 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
