Spring Studios is looking to hire a Hospitality Sales Assistant to join the New York office. This position will be responsible for providing a layer of support to all

Responsibilities:

- Perform general office duties to support Hospitality Sales

- Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process

- Gather materials and assemble sales and marketing bundles

- Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in sales software

- Serve as one of the main points of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email

Skills:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Attention to detail

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Professional experience working with Keynote and/or Pitch is preferred

- Ability to use sales techniques effectively

- Customer service-oriented

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Qualifications:

- Previous administrative or sales support experience preferred

- Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus

- Strong customer service, analytical, and presentation skills
