Senior Account Manager
Job brief
We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, detail-oriented Senior Account Manager with creative/marketing agency experience.
Springer Studios is a full-service marketing agency, creating logos, branding, websites, collateral, presentations, signage, videos, digital marketing, and other creative requests.
In this position, you will primarily be responsible for overseeing the production of all client requests and the workflow for our network of designers, developers, videographers, and more. You may also assist with lead management if needed or desired.
Internally, you will guide day-to-day production details while also prioritizing projects, forecasting resource needs, and ensuring deadlines and budget are met. You will provide internal feedback and recommendations based on your marketing insight and client knowledge so that the highest quality is being delivered.
Externally, you will serve as the client’s primary point of contact for our wide variety of services. This includes large website projects from the initial estimate through design, development, launch, hosting, and ongoing maintenance.
Your ultimate job is to be a leader for our agency, ensuring client satisfaction, helping clients succeed by delivering exceptional service on a daily basis while building long-term, trusting relationships.
Responsibilities:
· Operate as the lead point of contact for your accounts by managing all creative projects within your accounts, including logos, branding, websites, collateral, presentations, signage, videos, digital marketing, and other creative requests.
· Serve as the liaison between the client and our network of designers, developers, videographers, and more, forecasting resource needs based on client requests.
· Guide day-to-day production details while also prioritizing projects.
· Ensure the timely, successful, and within budget delivery of our services
· Manage large website projects from the initial estimate through design, development, launch, hosting, and ongoing maintenance.
· Review deliverables to help ensure the highest quality of creative is being designed.
· Maintain accurate project management system.
· Assist in sales and marketing efforts as needed or desired.
· Work efficiently through high volumes while meeting client deadlines.
· Highlight potential risks and act proactively to resolve issues.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
· Grow and expand client base, both retainer and project-based.
· Clearly communicate the progress of weekly initiatives.
Requirements
· This is a remote or hybrid position located in Wilmington, NC
· 5 Years of proven work experience as a Senior Project/Account Manager or higher position for a Creative
Agency
· Knowledge of the right questions to ask before handing projects off to designers and developers
· Ability to provide beneficial internal feedback and/or approvals based on your marketing insight and client knowledge so that the highest quality work is being delivered
· Sharp attention to detail
· Proven adeptness for cross-organizational communication
· Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders
· Top notch organization and time management skills
· Fast-paced; proven ability to juggle multiple clients and projects at a time
· Exceptionally responsive, timely, efficient, and thorough
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Experience with Project Management platform
· WordPress CMS experience a plus
· Marketing experience a plus
· BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field
