Job DescriptionThe Facilities Financial Analyst is responsible for assistance in completion of special financial projects, analyses, and feasibility studies. General duties include performing research, systems overviews, and direct observations of operational or financial functions of departments of the Clinic with the goal of operational efficiencies and accuracy. Job RelationshipsReports to the Director of Finance Principal Responsibilities
Prepare financial reports, charts, tables and other exhibits as requested.
Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance projects as assigned by management.
Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting and analysis of the results of the division's performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic planning results to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and strategic plan.

Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required, advanced degree preferred.
Minimum two (2) years financial analysis experience required.
Minimum two (2) to four (4) years accounting/analytical experience required.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Confidentiality required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from physicians, managers, employees, business associates, and the general public.
Must have extremely strong MS Excel skills.
Working Environment
