Reports To: Director of Federal Programs, Assistant Superintendent
Employment Status: Part Time
Rate of Pay: $30,000 per year, benefits not included
FLSA Status: Exempt
Qualifications
- Valid and appropriate elementary teaching certificate/license from the State of Ohio is required.
- Record of good attendance and strong work ethic.
- Evidence of good moral character as established in section 3301-20-01 of the Ohio Administrative Code
- Knowledge of state competency models and learner outcomes associated with Ohio Assessments.
- Proven ability to deliver evidence-based interventions at a high level.
- Willingness to meet the needs of all students.
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Ability to use technology for data collection.
- Willingness to participate in future training.
- Willingness to follow assigned work schedule.
- Willingness to work in school-sponsored and school-related activities.
- Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues to promote student achievement.
- Knowledge of the Science of Reading and implications for intervention(s).
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Ability to create a culturally sensitive classroom environment which provides every student with opportunities to achieve his or her potential.
- Alternatives to the above qualifications that the Board of Education may find appropriate.
