**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shift management, assistant manager roles, and banquet services within the hotelindustry.

**Duties:**

- Lead and manage all aspects of the hotel operations

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets

- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members

- Oversee inventory management and control costs

- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus

- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role in the hotel service industry

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members
