We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and efficiently process check-in and check-out
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services
- Assist with reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Manage phone calls and reservations with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform night audit procedures to ensure accurate daily accounting
- Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Experience:
- Proven experience in a front desk, guest relations, or hospitality role
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple lines
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
