ResponsibilitiesCore Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Create and curate engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and values
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering community engagement
- Analyze social media metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content
- Collaborate with the videographer to ensure cohesive brand messaging
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Assist with other digital marketing efforts as needed
- Provide support for company events and initiatives
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning
- Plan and schedule social media posts
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages
- Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities
- Report on social media performance metrics
- Collaborate with the marketing and legal teams on content ideas
- Stay informed about industry news and updates
- Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools
- Experience with social media advertising and campaign management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus
