Compensation$20 - $25 hourly
ResponsibilitiesCore Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create and curate engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and values
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering community engagement
  • Analyze social media metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content
  • Collaborate with the videographer to ensure cohesive brand messaging
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Non-Core Responsibilities
  • Assist with other digital marketing efforts as needed
  • Provide support for company events and initiatives
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning
Day-to-Day Activities
  • Plan and schedule social media posts
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities
  • Report on social media performance metrics
  • Collaborate with the marketing and legal teams on content ideas
  • Stay informed about industry news and updates
QualificationsHard Skills
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools
  • Experience with social media advertising and campaign management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus
