Position Details

What you do in this role:

• Responsible for driving strategic operational and financial operations initiatives for behavioral health facilities.
• Establishes and monitors staff performance goals, assigns accountabilities, establishes priorities, conducts annual performance assessments and administers compensation adjustments.
• Ensures accurate financial reporting, including audit and financial compliance.
• Ensures appropriate employee engagement and drives positive work culture.
• Ensure proper, safe and compliant staffing levels for facilities.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required; Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years related experience with experience working at the CEO level in an inpatient behavioral health facility. Multi-site leadership experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License preferred
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Over 50% travel including overnight travel.
