As a key member of our HR team, you will be instrumental in executing routine HR tasks and supporting the HR Manager and Director. Your role will ensure smooth HR operations, from handling day-to-day activities to assisting with recruitment and employee support. You will play a vital part in maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.

What you will be taking care of

  • Manage daily HR activities, including handling employee inquiries, processing payroll, and administering benefits.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Prepare and process HR reports and metrics as required by the HR Manager and Director.
  • Assist in recruitment processes such as job postings, interviews, and candidate screening, contributing to a smooth hiring experience.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances, offering solutions and support as needed.
  • Assist in fostering a positive work environment and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Support compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and health and safety regulations.
  • Assist the HR Manager in conducting audits and preparing compliance reports.
  • Play a role in executing employee engagement practices, enhancing overall workplace morale.
  • Support with other HR-related duties as needed to ensure the efficient operation of the HR department.
  • Help with other duties, as needed.

Some extra skills that would be great

  • Experience: At least one year of human resource management experience preferred, demonstrating a solid foundation in HR practices and principles.
  • HRIS Familiarity: Experienced with ADP Workforce Now HRIS, including payroll, benefits, and iReports, allowing you to efficiently manage and analyze HR data.
