Responsibilities:

a) Shift Detail: 8 hour days; shift start may vary

b) Driving radius for Home Health position? 40 miles

c) Cases per day? 5-6

d) Mileage and drive time billable? Yes

Requirement

• RN SD/Compact License
• BLS from AHA
• Proficiency in Oasis Start of Care Assessments
• Proficient in EPIC Remote Client

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
