Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve meals at a Retreat Center
- Make menu recommendations and oversee menu planning
- Manage food procurement, receipt, and inventory
- Supervise kitchen staff on a daily basis
- Maintain cleanliness standards in food preparation areas and staff hygiene
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cooking and food service
- Proficiency in meal and menu planning for groups
- Strong communication and staff management skills
- ServSafe certification desired
- Demonstrate a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ
