Sr. Systems Analyst

THE ROLE: Senior Systems Analyst 
This role will work with all business stakeholders to provide comprehensive business analysis and application support of designated applications ensuring that best practices towards optimal operations is sustained. The candidate targeted for this position will have a strong leadership presence; hands on application support experience; deep technical drive for how to use technology to address business needs; as well as, insight into the most effective way to approach issue resolutions. This role will be required to train and certify on Site Tracker, a field service application built upon the Salesforce Lightening platform. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Primary support and analyst for all things Site Tracker including application support, system configurations, business process workflow development, and on system reporting. 

• Apply Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Service Cloud experience daily. 

• Configure workarounds for Site Tracker on the Salesforce Platform using out of the box functionalities to enhance the core feature set and meet stakeholder expectations. 

• Responsible to analyze, research, design and/or propose solutions that are fit for purpose that also support business and technology strategies. 

• Responsible for diagnosing and resolving day to day production system issues related to system interfaces, data, and integrations within Site Tracker. 

• Develop and maintain technical system materials including software designs, process flows, etc. and ensure relevant information is communicated appropriately to IT leadership in support of projects and other internal IT team initiatives. 

• Partner with key users, business stakeholders, and project sponsors to understand the needs of the business; document them via requirements documents, use case scenarios and/or business process diagrams; and recommend the appropriate path for success. 

• Demonstrate an ability to read, digest, and communicate complex subject matter to people at all levels; end users, development teams, managers, executive leadership. 

• Demonstrate strong critical thinking and analysis, organization, meeting facilitation, verbal, and written communications skills. 

• Perform other duties as assigned. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Minimum 3 - 5 years as primary support for a Salesforce Lightening Application preferably in an energy domain (solar energy, retail energy, or oil and gas). 

• Salesforce Admin Certification is required. 

• Experienced in Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, and dashboards and reports. 

• Highly motivated self-starter with an ability to proactively communicate issues and status. 

• Ability to meet deadlines with limited supervision. 

• A creative innovative approach to problem solving is fundamental. 

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite…Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 

• Authorized to work in the United States. 

• Experience supporting corporate SaaS solutions that require interactions with a vendor professional services support team is required.

EDUCATION 

Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience is required.
