SPS Commerce is growing! We are looking for an EDI Software Consultant II/Consultant I to join our ERP Automation Implementation team. In this role you will take the time to listen to our customers to fully understand their needs and help resolve their queries in an efficient, professional, and timely manner - escalating when necessary. You will use your communication, project management skills and technical aptitude to work directly with external customers and internal partners.

Day-to-Day

As an EDI Software Consultant II/Consultant I you will serve as a software subject matter expert to assist clients with implementation and software configuration activities. You will ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, responsiveness, and quality communication.

• Balance the implementation needs and implementation schedules for many clients, ensuring a prompt, clear response to questions and concerns.
• Effectively organize and prioritize daily and long-term task lists in order to complete projects in a timely manner.
• Upload test files, analyze their outcome (QA), resolve issues, and communicate outcome to clients.
• Perform phone, email, and online user support.
• Conduct client user training sessions as required via online platforms, and train clients to utilize The Order Exchange’s software to best suit their business needs.
• Actively search for solutions to problems.
• Document technical issues and their resolutions and share information across the team.
• Assist with data migration as required.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience

• Accounting Systems knowledge
• Vendor/trading partner order processing experience
• Prior ERP, SaaS, EDI, integration, implementation and/or configuration experience
• Familiarity with file formats- XML, CSV, etc.
