Job Summary
The Parts Sales Manager at Spudnik Equipment Company is responsible for directing, coordinating, developing, and promoting parts sales activities with customers, dealers, and vendors. The Manager is responsible for implementing marketing strategies, increasing customer base, improving procedures, and coordinating with Spudnik Management and Outside Shops to maximize profits and inventory turns. The Manager oversees personnel management, allocation of resources, and project management; establishes quality control standards; develops and achieves departmental and organizational goals; and actively engages in the expansion of product offerings and the development of new lines of business. Teamwork and customer service skills are critical as the Manager works directly and indirectly with employees, managers, supervisors, customers, dealers, and outside vendors. The Manager will consistently demonstrate a high level of responsibility and accountability.
