**Responsibilities:**

- Operate industrial dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans

- Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are clean and sanitized

- Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area

- Handle garbage disposal and recycling activities

- Support kitchen staff by ensuring they have clean tools and equipment for food preparation

- Adhere to sanitation and safety procedures

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures

- Strong work ethic and reliability

- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
