Spurwink is seeking a qualified Direct Support Professional to work part time (up to 16 hours per week) alongside one of our Shared Living Providers to deliver services to an adult with unique increased level of support needs.
DUTIES:
Provide support to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and unique medical/behavioral health needs in a community home, to include medication administration, assisting with activities of daily living and personal care, community integration and providing positive behavioral supports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
