Spurwink is Hiring a Contract Manager Near Portland, ME

Spurwink's Finance Department seeks an experienced Contract Manager with a minimum of three years of contracting experience. In this position you will partner with other department representatives to ensure completeness, efficiency, and accuracy of the electronic contract software. This is a Monday-Friday work schedule and pays $60-$72k per year depending on experience. Robust Benefits Package

Duties
  • Responsible for maintaining the organizations centralized contracting process to ensure full stakeholder participation, compliance with applicable regulations, standardized contract terms, while establishing and maintaining strong external relationships with key vendors and stakeholders.
  • Monitors funder's (i.e., government, private foundations) reporting deadlines for all required reports for agency agreements for 100% compliance.
  • Facilitate the execution, distribution and centralized electronic filing of contracts on behalf of the organization.
  • Responsible for assigned grant reporting, data tracking, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Preparation of various financial and statistical excel spreadsheets as necessary.
QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of three (3) years contracting experience. Federal and/or State grant funding experience required. Must have effective oral and written communication skills.
