- Responsible for maintaining the organizations centralized contracting process to ensure full stakeholder participation, compliance with applicable regulations, standardized contract terms, while establishing and maintaining strong external relationships with key vendors and stakeholders.
- Monitors funder's (i.e., government, private foundations) reporting deadlines for all required reports for agency agreements for 100% compliance.
- Facilitate the execution, distribution and centralized electronic filing of contracts on behalf of the organization.
- Responsible for assigned grant reporting, data tracking, invoicing, and reporting.
- Preparation of various financial and statistical excel spreadsheets as necessary.
