We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our dynamic team at Servpro of Wilson County.

As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, supporting our field teams, and maintaining efficient administrative processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing schedules, supplies, and equipment.
    • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other external partners.
    • Maintain accurate records and files.
  • Team Support:
    • Assist field technicians and project managers with administrative tasks.
    • Coordinate project documentation, including permits, contracts, and invoices.
    • Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Financial Management:
    • Process invoices, track expenses, and manage accounts payable/receivable.
    • Assist with payroll and budget management.
    • Collaborate with accounting and finance departments.
  • Human Resources:
    • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
    • Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with HR policies.
    • Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Qualifications:
    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in office management, preferably in the mitigation, restoration or insurance industry.
    • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), strong organizational skills, attention to detail.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Team Player: Collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues.
