What You Can Expect In This Role (Job Responsibilities)While each day brings new opportunities at SPX, your core responsibilities will be:
- HRIS Management
- Maintain and update data in HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and security
- Participate in configuration and optimization of HR system modules to meet the organization’s changing needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve any data or system issues
- Train HR staff and end-users on HRIS system functionalities, best practices and significant updates
- Participate in projects including system upgrades and implementations
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Participate in the development and maintenance of HR dashboards and reports using PowerBI and Excel
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency in reports
- Provide actionable insights by analysing HR data related to workforce planning, recruitment, retention, performance, and other HR metrics.
- Participate in the presentation of data results to broader HR team
- Process Improvement
- Identify and propose opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and improved data management
- Collaborate with HR and other teams (IT, Finance, etc…) to implement system enhancements and new technologies
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies
Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS Administration or HR Analytics
- Experience with HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors and Dayforce
- Proficiency in PowerBI and Excel
- Strong understanding of HR processes and practices
- High level or proficiency in Excel and other data management tools
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration or a related field or 5 years of relevant work experience
- This role may require occasional travel
- This position will be hybrid with 3 days onsite in the Charlotte office
