The roles:

• The Security Guard at Spy Ninjas HQ secures the premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and checking access points. The security team will investigate security breaches, compile information for any incidents inside the park, and collaborate with management to ensure a safe environment for guests and employees. Security guards will complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities. The main responsibility of the security team is ensuring there are not any unauthorized persons on property and collecting documentation for any investigations. As a security guard, you must be present, visible, and able to react to any incidents and emergencies. The presence of a security guard can prevent any person from attempting something illegal and should position themselves in public, high-profile areas to create an overall sense of security of the park.
• The Custodian will be a part of the facilities team that ensures superb cleanliness for Spy Ninjas guests. As the custodian at Spy Ninjas HQ, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facility, contributing to all individuals' overall well-being and satisfaction.

Duties include:

• Sweep, mops floor, vacuum carpets, washes windows and walls as needed.
• Clean desks, tables and countertops, empty/clean waste receptacles, clean and disinfect restrooms; replenishes and maintains restroom supplies.
• Sweep and remove debris from parking lots.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures, ensuring they are well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to maintain a polished appearance.
• Maintain and replenish cleaning supplies, notifying the supervisor of any low stock or equipment issues.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms and event spaces as needed.
• Ensure common areas, such as hallways and reception areas, are always clean and presentable.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to perform tasks such as logging checkpoints, monitoring surveillance equipment, and monitoring all areas of the park.
• Post warning signs for materials drop off such as signposts and cones.
• Report issues with equipment and unsafe working conditions.
• If unauthorized persons are onsite, ask them to leave immediately and report to management.
• Make rounds in and outside the building to ensure safety for all guests and other team members.
• When not making rounds, report to the designated post.
• In case of any emergency, call 911 and then report to management immediately.
• Complete reports and collect documentation in relation to any incidents that occur in and outside of the park.
• Assist park management with any incidents in the park that may involve a violation of park rules by guests.

Requirements
Our perfect candidate has:

• Must possess a strong desire to work in a team first environment.
• Familiarity with networking, cameras, and information technology is a plus.
• Exceptional hand eye coordination for investigations.
• Ability to be reliable and on time.
• The ability to carry a cell phone in case of emergency.
• Proven ability to keep a watch for anything out of the ordinary and have a clear recollection of those events to allow responders to handle any emergency situations.
• Strong attention to detail is essential for collaboration with management of investigations of incidents inside the park.
• Must currently have a Sheriff's card from Las Vegas Metro Police or be willing to obtain one upon hire.
• Must currently have a TAM card or be willing to obtain one upon hire
