About The Role

We are hiring a Founding Business Operations Lead. This is a full-time role in Los Angeles (no remote candidates).

The ideal Founding Business Operations Lead embodies a rare blend of intellectual and emotional intelligence, possessing remarkable drive and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with our CEO and COO, contributing to our rapid expansion trajectory. Your focus is on our initial market launch, and creating the playbook to replicate in future markets. If successful, the position could mature to oversee operations across a number of key markets regionally or nationally.

What you’ll do

• Guide a cohort of nurse practitioners through the entire journey of launching, managing, and expanding their practices
• Be comfortable “doing things that don’t scale” to gain early adoption in Arizona. Be scrappy. Meet with our partners and help them achieve their practice goals
• Use data to drive both strategic decision-making and operational improvements
• Come up with a playbook to launch the company in future markets
• Work with design, product, and engineering to help communicate customer needs

What you’re like

• You are kind, hardworking, curious, intelligent, and excited about deeply getting to know our customers
• You have 3-5 years of work experience (e.g., experience at a top-tier consulting firm and/or experience at a high-growth technology company, ideally in a BizOps or Strategy role)
• You are highly organized, and able to prioritize and execute on multiple important projects in parallel
• You are adaptable, proactive, and excited about working in a dynamic, constantly changing environment
• You are based in LA (or willing to move to LA), excited about in-person work, and willing to travel to Arizona
