About the Role:SR Technologies (SRT), a BlueHalo Company is seeking a Chief Engineer – Signal of Interest (SOI) who will serve as a Subject Matter Expert in SIGINT/Cyber/EW. This role entails ensuring the technical performance of programs, while also balancing budget and schedule constraints. As the Chief Engineer – SOI, you will be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing product vision, strategy, and roadmaps to align with multiple Programs/Customers, supporting financial commitments, and driving program growth.

About the Role:SR Technologies (SRT), a BlueHalo Company is seeking a Chief Engineer – Signal of Interest (SOI) who will serve as a Subject Matter Expert in SIGINT/Cyber/EW. This role entails ensuring the technical performance of programs, while also balancing budget and schedule constraints. As the Chief Engineer – SOI, you will be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing product vision, strategy, and roadmaps to align with multiple Programs/Customers, supporting financial commitments, and driving program growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical performance and risk management for development and production programs.
- Partner with program management to ensure cost and schedule balance.
- Establish and manage product vision, strategy, and goals.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps.
- Support annual proposal and IRAD planning.
- Develop and maintain product requirements through system engineering practices.
- Ensure technical integrity and engineering execution across programs to meet/exceed requirements.
- Provide monthly status updates on programs.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for senior customer counterparts, internal senior program management, and engineering leadership.
- Lead and support new business captures and influence technical/product line roadmaps and proposals.
- Plan and lead incremental upgrades and system improvements.
- Engage technically with major subcontractors and partners to ensure product deliverables.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Support internal and external outreach efforts.
- Indirectly supervise 5 employees within SRT departments.
- Conduct supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, training, and appraising performance.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 12 years of related experience, or Master’s Degree and 10 years of related experience (additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
- Proficient in Development Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced knowledge of Wi-Fi and Low Power Wireless Communication technology.
- Advanced knowledge of SIGINT/Cyber/EW systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Digital Signal Processing and Firmware/Embedded Signal Processing.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance or higher.
- Systems Engineering Certification.
