Position Location: Sunrise, FL

SR Technologies (SRT), a BlueHalo Company is expanding and we're looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team! The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring a constant supply of resources for all facility areas, maintaining services, and performing minor repairs on building and office spaces. This requires adherence to safety guidelines and procedures and involves working under moderate supervision. Coordination with janitorial staff is necessary for certain tasks.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Regularly inspect office grounds.
• Support maintenance tasks with semi-skilled work in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, or plastering.
• Keep the Facilities Manager updated on all relevant events.
• Ensure the safety and proper maintenance of building/office spaces.
• Help with janitorial duties as needed.
• Adjust to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and handle frequent changes or unexpected events.
• Prioritize and plan work activities efficiently, plan for additional resources, set goals, and develop realistic action plans.
• Balance team and individual responsibilities, welcome feedback, build a positive team spirit, and support everyone's efforts to succeed.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 4 years of prior relevant experience in maintenance
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding job involving heavy lifting and standing.
